By scheduling or authorizing auto-glass services with Yazmin Auto Glass Inc, you agree to the following Warranty and Service Guarantee terms.
AUTO GLASS SERVICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Yazmin Auto Glass Inc proudly stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a satisfaction guarantee on all windshield, door glass, back glass, sunroof, and auto window replacement services.
If you are not satisfied with any part of your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. Once notified, we will return to inspect the issue and correct or reservice the affected area at no additional cost when applicable.
This guarantee applies only to the original service performed and the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
Pre-existing vehicle damage or rust around the frame
Improper care or failure to follow post-installation recommendations
Damage, cracks, or leaks caused by third parties after installation
Road hazards, debris impact, accidents, or environmental conditions
Issues with areas or parts not included in the original service
Aftermarket parts being used when OEM is not specifically requested
Glass performance and results may vary depending on the vehicle condition, frame integrity, adhesive cure time, and prior damage.
DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Yazmin Auto Glass Inc takes extreme care while servicing your vehicle.
Any concerns or suspected damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We are not responsible for glass cracking from existing stress points, rusted frames, or structural issues outside our control.
Replacement of damaged items will only be considered if proven to be caused directly by our technician’s negligence.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By booking with Yazmin Auto Glass Inc, you authorize us to collect payment using the method provided during your appointment scheduling. Any outstanding balances must be paid promptly.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
All warranties and guarantees apply only to the original customer, the original vehicle serviced, and the work performed.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable.
